Irvine's Good Works Committee Volunteers at Second Harvest Food Bank in Orange County
The Good Works committee in the Irvine office volunteered at the Second Harvest Food Bank Warehouse in Irvine to help sort and package food for families in need. The Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County is dedicate to alleviating hunger, developing programs to increase awareness of the hunger problem, and providing an opportunity for volunteerism and community involvement. The Food Bank serves charity organizations, who in turn, feed more than 200,000 hungry people in Orange County every month. To help the food bank continue to fulfill its mission, the team bagged 5,000 pounds of potatoes in two hours!
