Baker’s Information Technology (IT) Schedule offers Federal agencies a wide variety of IT services including:  data management and data integration; systems development; systems analysis; programming services; cyber security; data conversion; computer assisted design/computer assisted manufacturing (CAD/CAM); computer aided facility management (CAFM); network management; and other IT services.

Time and material (T&M) or firm fixed price (FFP) orders for IT services can be placed directly with Baker by using approved labor categories and ceiling rates.  Discounted rates may be offered on individual task orders or under Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).  The IT Schedule can be used by federal agencies and authorized organizations for domestic and overseas initiatives.  Consolidated SIN numbers and titles pertaining to the C132 SIN Series for Information Technology Technical Services, Software, Software Maintenance and Training Services include:

Term Software License - Subject To Cooperative Purchasing.
Includes operating system software, application software, EDI translation and mapping software, enabled E-Mail message based products, Internet software, database management programs, and other software. Software maintenance as a product includes the publishing of bug/defect fixes via patches and updates/upgrades in function and technology to maintain the operability and usability of the software product. It may also include other no charge support that is included in the purchase price of the product in the commercial marketplace. No charge support includes items such as user blogs, discussion forums, on-line help libraries and FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), hosted chat rooms, and limited telephone, email and/or web-based general technical support for users self diagnostics. Software maintenance as a product does NOT include the creation, design, implementation, integration, etc. of a software package. These examples are considered software maintenance as a service under SIN 132.34 Software Maintenance.  Software Maintenance as a product is billed at the time of purchase.

Management of Software as a Service - Software maintenance as a service creates, designs, implements, and/or integrates customized changes to software that solve one or more problems and is not included with the price of the software. Software maintenance as a service includes person-to-person communications regardless of the medium used to communicate: telephone support, on-line technical support, customized support, and/or technical expertise which are charged commercially. Software maintenance as a service is billed in arrears in accordance with 31 U.S.C. 3324.
