The Texas DIR contract simplifies the process for state and local government agencies in the State of Texas and elsewhere to purchase Michael Baker’s GIS offerings. This award is significant because it allows agencies to directly acquire products and services through the DIR contract, eliminating the need for a costly RFP process.

Please reference contract number DIR-CPO-6029. Our team will gather information regarding what you are looking for and then present you with a proposal and/or quote for your review. Any resulting purchase orders will contain the DIR contract number.
Warranty Terms and Pricing: Review Michael Baker’s Terms and Conditions
Warranty and Disclaimer. Michael Baker International, Inc. shall use reasonable efforts consistent with prevailing industry standards to maintain the Michale Baker SaaS in a manner which minimizes errors and interruptions in the Michale Baker SaaS and shall provide access and use of the VEP Software and perform implementation of VEP Systems in a professional and workmanlike manner. The Michale Baker SaaS may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or for unscheduled emergency maintenance, either by Michale Baker or by third-party providers, or because of other causes beyond Michale Baker’s reasonable control, but Michale Baker shall use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice in writing or by e-mail of any scheduled service interruption. HOWEVER, COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE MICHAEL BAKER SAAS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES IT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE VEP SOFTWARE.
