Michael Baker International’s Chairman’s Award, our Company’s highest honor, was established in 2018 to recognize employees who exemplify our Wolf Pack philosophy—that we are stronger together—and who have made exemplary contributions to our Company.

Genevieve is a high-energy, extremely positive member of our Wolf Pack who consistently delivers for her team. Throughout Al’s 15 years with Michael Baker, he has focused on engaging with clients and colleagues to build long-term industry relationships to grow our business. Al’s leadership style attracts top talent and inspires them to go the extra mile – as he does. He has a reputation for treating others with respect, dignity and diplomacy. He understands how to communicate effectively and manage teams well. People want to be on Al’s team because they know it’s going to be successful with him at the helm. He has been instrumental in leading and capturing projects with the USACE Fort Worth District, the USACE Tulsa District and the Texas Facilities Commission, among others.
