Michael Baker is at the forefront in protecting the environment and critical infrastructure from hazards, including climate change. We work closely with local governments, as well as U.S. and international government agencies, in assessing the vulnerability of resources and assets to climate change. We guide clients through the process of identifying both engineering and management measures to adapt to and mitigate climate change risks. We assist public- and private-sector clients in developing climate change policy, interpreting and complying with regulations, evaluating risks and establishing climate change adaptation strategies.
