TEST Michael Baker International, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, the “Company”) does not accept unsolicited résumés, curriculum vitaes (CV’s), or other information concerning potential candidates from third party recruiters or employment agencies. The Company has its own internal recruiting department to fill open positions, and when the use of an external recruiting agency is necessary, it is only done through a written master services or similar written agreement that is validly executed by one of the Company’s officers. Please be advised that only an officer of the Company has the authority to enter into a written master services or similar written agreement regarding third party recruiting services, and the Company will specifically reject and deny the validity of any other purported third party recruiting arrangement or agreement.
Any unsolicited résumé, curriculum vitae (CV), or other biographical information submitted to the Company, its employees or agents (including its hiring managers) shall be considered the property of the Company. In fact, directly contacting a hiring manager, for any reason, is strictly prohibited and a violation of the Company’s vendor policy. Please be advised that, in the event a recruiter or employment agency submits a résumé, curriculum vitae (CV), or other biographical information to the Company, its employees or agents (including a hiring manager) unsolicited and without a properly executed written master services or similar written agreement, the Company explicitly reserves the right and shall be entitled to pursue and hire that/those candidate(s) without any placement fee, obligation, or other financial compensation to the recruiter or agency.
The Company has an annual review process where it analyzes its existing external search partners and considers new search vendors to join its preferred list.
