“Colorado is on the verge of significant population growth with figures expected to double within the next 40 years,” said Jeff Baker, P.E., Michael Baker International Senior Vice President and Mountain Region Director.” This population growth, combined with other pressures on the water supply, make for tenuous times for new and future water consumers. Tom’s experience with water resource policies, issues, programs, and projects in Colorado and throughout the Midwest and West will further support Michael Baker as ‘We Make a Difference’ solving the water challenges this population surge creates.”

Mr. Browning brings to Michael Baker 27 years of experience in water resources in both the public and private sectors and possesses strong skills in budgeting, contracting, technical applications, federal and state regulations, and change management.
