This year’s Go-To List for design firms is composed of prominent engineering institutions covering virtually every phase of the industry. To compile the list, Roads & Bridges magazine sent a survey out to over 10,000 of its government Department of Transportation readers, who in turn selected the firms they prefer to work with on a jobsite. Based on the survey methodology, the results reflect professional choice rather than annual revenues.
