Sector Lead, Aerospace and Healthcare

Tricia Quinn, Associate AIA, is the Sector Lead for both Aerospace and Healthcare at Michael Baker’s Integrated Design and Advisory Group, which brings together expertise in strategic consulting and advisory, planning, architecture and interiors, MEP+S, cybersecurity, building controls, cost management, commissioning, program management, construction support, BIM and digital twins, emergency response, disaster recovery, operational continuity, energy resilience and more. In her role, Ms. Quinn is tasked with expanding national practices in healthcare and aerospace, serving as a project/program executive and subject matter expert. Her responsibilities include operations, program management, business development and consulting.  

With nearly 30 years of experience, she focuses on client relationship management, program and project management, master planning and strategic portfolio planning, among other areas. Ms. Quinn collaborates with colleagues and clients alike in-person and virtually across project types in public and private sectors. She has a background in mental health, specifically clinical psychology with a focus on neuropsychology, and is a published author in her field.  

Ms. Quinn’s experience encompasses a wide range of fields, including healthcare, mental healthcare, aerospace, federal services, corporate commercial and specialized consulting. She has demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale initiatives and managing virtual teams to ensure optimal performance and delivery of results in projects.   

Ms. Quinn is an advisory board member for the Global Spaceport Alliance, contributing to educational initiatives for students and the workforce. She has received multiple awards for her work, including recognition for the IRS Philadelphia Campus Project master builder award and the Lockheed Martin Project for sustainable practices. She has contributed to the International Journal of Behavioral Medicine and has been involved in research focusing on the impact of depression on quality-of-life following Neuro-ICU admissions. Her science and research background brings new insights and practice methods to the Michael Baker healthcare sector.
