With more than three decades of experience in the AEC industry, Mr. Sinz has directed the design and construction of complex projects across the globe, from iconic high-rise towers in Dubai to advanced semiconductor facilities and corporate campuses across both hemispheres. Such a wide-ranging geographic footprint has enabled Mr. Sinz to push through the boundaries of engineering to create structures which exemplify his commitment to excellence through quality and innovation—thus marking him as both a pioneer and leader in the AEC industry.
Prior to joining Michael Baker, David Sinz founded and served as President of Infinity MEP+S Consultants for more than eight years, leading a team specializing in complex projects across the industrial, healthcare, higher education, mission-critical, science and technology, healthcare and commercial sectors. Before his founding of Infinity, Mr. Sinz was Senior Vice President and Managing Director for WSP’s Houston and Austin offices, where he oversaw multidisciplinary teams and drove growth across Texas by emphasizing technical excellence blended with client-centric collaboration.
A licensed Professional Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional, Mr. Sinz is recognized for his commitment to sustainability, operational excellence and client-focused delivery. His leadership philosophy emphasizes enthusiasm, precision and innovation—principles which guide every engagement, regardless of scale or complexity.
