Vice President, Indoor Mapping GovTech

Chris Grollnek serves as Vice President, Indoor Mapping, GovTech at Michael Baker International, where he leads the firm’s indoor mapping vision. In this role, Mr. Grollnek drives the strategic alignment of indoor mapping with digital twins, advancing the development and deployment of next-generation data-collection methods, processing workflows and scalable indoor-mapping solutions. His work focuses on preventative, intelligence-driven solutions that bridge prevention and response across public safety and all commercial verticals, enhancing preparedness, resilience and operational decision-making.

Mr. Grollnek joined Michael Baker from the Active Shooter Prevention Project (ASPP™), where he served as Founder and CEO before transitioning to Chairman of the Board. He is internationally recognized as the leading authority in Domestic Terrorism and Active Shooter Prevention and is the architect of a globally respected prevention standard designed to stop violent incidents before they begin. He holds a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
