How has being a Michael Baker B2P team member impacted you?

I will never be able to fully express how this experience has changed and impacted me. I feel deeply grateful knowing that we helped keep the kids and the entire community safe whenever they need to cross the valley, especially during the rainy season. To know that our work will benefit them now and for generations to come is incredibly powerful. It was a humbling reminder of the importance of community, the value of purposeful work and the impact we can make in the lives of others.
