Manish Vatsayan

Manish Vatsayan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Gavan-Graham Electrical Products, a Michael Baker International Company, where he leads the strategic transformation and national expansion of the firm’s low- and medium-voltage power distribution business serving mission-critical infrastructure clients across the United States.

Mr. Vatsayan is a seasoned executive with deep experience in finance, operations and strategy across global and complex manufacturing and energy sectors. Before joining Gavan-Graham, he held senior international leadership roles at Philips Lighting, including chief financial officer (CFO) for the Middle East and Turkey and finance executive responsible for manufacturing operations in Mexico. These roles reinforced his strength in driving performance and operational excellence across diverse markets and cultures.

Since joining Gavan-Graham, Mr. Vatsayan has served as CFO and now as CEO, where he has strengthened operational discipline, modernized systems and driven scalable growth. As CEO, he is focused on expanding product platforms—including switchgear, e-houses, and sheltered aisle solutions—while building the teams, processes and culture required to deliver safely, reliably and at scale. He is passionate about developing leaders and aligning engineering excellence with the evolving needs of data centers, utilities and complex industrial clients.
