Michael Baker is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), security and technology, fire and life safety and acoustical design services for this new ultraluxe 17-story residence overlooking the Al Marjan Island beachfront.
The designs will be used across 205 residential units, parking areas and a mixed-use ground floor allocated for retail, as well as food and beverage tenants. Technology designs will encompass information and communication technology (ICT) and security systems, data, telephony, closed-circuit television (CCTV), and enhanced access control for residents and tenants.
Going beyond design, Infinity will be supporting the construction administration phase. Our construction administration process involves prompt responses to requests for information (RFIs), shop drawing reviews and coordination with the general contractor, architect and end-user.
