Michael Baker was engaged to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design for Trcientis’ headquarters in a LEED Silver®-certified office building in Austin, Texas. The 42,019 square foot office space called for updated MEP designs which would better suit Tricentis, a global software leader in end-to-end enterprise agentic quality engineering platforms. In order to achieve the workspace vision sought by Tricentis, Michael Baker collaborated closely with IA Interior Architects and JLL.
This collaboration, while serving to bring the Tricentis vision to life, also had to adhere to LEED Silver criteria, such as indoor water use reduction, energy performance and preservation of low-emitting materials. Michael Baker successfully upheld the LEED Silver criteria throughout our design process to completion.
