Maintaining bridge assets with the goal of preserving safety and performance for the long-term can be challenging. Weather exposure and weight and volume of traffic all contribute to aging bridges. Michael Baker partners with clients throughout a bridge’s lifecycle, from developing digital twins for recently rehabilitated bridges to complex inspection and maintenance recommendations for existing infrastructure, to keep our nation’s bridges safe and reliable as long as possible.
