How will this experience impact you in your work moving forward?

Working alongside the local team showed me how powerful a positive mindset can be. The local team and engineers consistently viewed obstacles, challenges and failures as opportunities—something to work through together rather than a burden. I’ve carried that outlook forward and now am trying to approach my work and life with a stronger emphasis on teamwork, adaptability and positive mindset.
